This idyllic and charming home exudes everything magical about Captiva Island. Originally built by Katie Gardenia (the original owner and designer of the Bubble Room) and deemed historical by the Lee County Historical Preservation Board. Tropical Sunrise was completely remodeled in 1998 combining modern touches with timeless charm. Tropical Sunrise has a truly special feel with an abundance of windows inviting the tropical colors and sunlight to fill the home with a light, bright, happy feel.
We have a caretaker/concierge who manages our home and makes sure the house is in perfect condition for you and your family. He will meet you at our home upon arrival. He can organize rentals of cribs, bikes, kayaks, golf carts, organize trips or activities, and facilitate the stocking of food and drinks before you arrive.
